A month after the announcement of a new president, Cohoes, N.Y.-based Aquatic Development Group (ADG), designers and builders of waterparks and attractions, has named Bruce Quay as its new chief operation officer.
Quay is no stranger to the company, having previously served as its executive vice president in the early 2000s. He was key in growing the company’s manufacturing division, where he helped introduce the firm’s FlowRider attraction to the North American market.
In addition, Quay has more than 30 years of experience leading businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, and commercial services sectors. He has worked with such companies as GE and Cookson Group PLC, and has also served as president and owner of companies within the aquatic sector.
Quay graduated from Hope College in Michigan with a BA in economics and business administration.
